I offer integrative counselling for adults and young people, with a particular focus on trauma, men’s wellbeing, mental health and emotional wellbeing. Sessions are available online or face-to-face.
The first session is an opportunity to explore what has brought you to counselling, what support you are looking for, and whether we feel like the right fit to work together.
Sessions usually last 60 minutes.
Confidentiality is an important part of counselling. This will be explained clearly at the beginning of our work together, along with the rare situations where confidentiality may need to be broken for safety or legal reasons.

Enjoy a free, no-obligation conversation lasting up to 30 minutes to discuss your needs and explore whether integrative counselling is the right fit for your mental health support, along with information on counselling fees.

Reduced-rate 60-minute personal counselling sessions are available for student counselling trainees, offering affordable counselling fees while providing essential integrative counselling and mental health support.

Standard 60-minute integrative counselling sessions for individual clients are available, either face-to-face or online, with transparent counselling fees to ensure accessible mental health support.

This 8-session package of 60-minute integrative counselling sessions is offered at a reduced rate, available for both face-to-face and online formats, making mental health support accessible while considering counselling fees.
All sessions must be paid for within 48 hours of booking the appointment. Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours before your session, and a new convenient date will be offered.
Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.
